Terms
These terms govern your use of CodeRelay Hub. Opening a workspace or sending a request means you accept them.
§1 What the hub is
CodeRelay Hub relays your requests to third-party model providers and bills you per token at the rates on the price sheet. We do not train models and we are not the source of their output.
§2 Workspaces and tokens
A hub token is equivalent to your workspace credentials. Keep it secret; losses caused by a leaked or lent token are yours to bear.
§3 Prepaid credit
The hub is prepaid. Credit is an allowance for API calls, not a cash deposit, and it does not expire.
§4 Refund requests and their limits
Refund requests are filed as a ticket and handled within 3 business days.
- Within 8 days of a top-up, the unused part of that top-up can be refunded, less what was consumed and the payment processor's fee.
- Consumed credit, and top-ups older than 8 days, are not refundable.
- Signup gifts and referral commission booked as usage credit cannot be refunded or cashed out; commission withdrawals follow their own rules in the workspace.
- Every refund is reviewed by a person; there is no automatic refund flow.
§5 Uptime is best-effort
We work to keep the relay reachable but do not promise 100% availability. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by provider outages, network faults or force majeure.
§6 Acceptable use and records
Use the hub lawfully and within the providers' own policies. Workspaces used for abuse are suspended without refund.
To investigate abuse and billing disputes we keep the text you send in requests (not system prompts, not model replies) for 30 days and then delete it. Raw-request capture for troubleshooting is off by default and switched on for a specific workspace only when needed.
§7 What models produce
Model output can be wrong. Review generated code before you run or ship it; how you use it is your responsibility.
§8 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one in force. Questions go to [email protected].
